• Advising SCPI Pierval Santé, a French property fund dedicated to healthcare real estate assets, on the acquisition of over €150 million of nursing home assets throughout Ireland.

• Acted for DomusVI on its acquisition of the Trinity Care group of nursing homes.

• Acted for BNP Paribas on their acquisition of the building housing the Staycity Aparthotel at Dublin Castle.

• Advising SSE on their joint venture with Bord Na Móna for the development of wind farms across 8 of Bord Na Móna’s repurposed bogs.

• Advising GDA Energy in relation to their site assembly and structuring of the Woodland Energy Park in Co. Meath.

• Advising Greener Ideas Ltd (a BGE entity) in relation to their renewable gas thermal assets in Dublin and Roscommon.

• Acting for SSE Renewables in relation to the Arklow Bank Wind Park Phase 2. A 800MW offshore project on which SSE Renewables is proposing to invest between €1 billion and €2 billion to develop Arklow Bank Wind Park to its full potential.

• Acting for Bank of Ireland in relation to the development finance for Lioncor’s development and forward sale of Chatham House to the European Parliament.
