• Advising an international not for profit entity on charitable registration in Ireland including assisting with applications to the Charities Regulator and the Revenue Commissioners.

• Advising large and small charities on new charity registrations with the Charities Regulator.

• Advising a religious body on a large business transfer agreement and property lease agreements.

• Advising religious bodies, educational institutions, and charities on updating their structures and governing instruments particularly to ensure compliance with Irish charity law.

• Providing legal advice in relation to Irish company law, charity law, corporate governance, duties of directors, members and secretaries etc. to various charities.

• Advising corporate entities and private individuals on establishing charitable bodies.
