Leona is an Associate in our market leading Privacy & Data Security team, advising global clients on GDPR, AI and Data Act compliance.
Leona advises global and domestic clients on a range of data protection and regulatory matters, including GDPR compliance, AI Act readiness, and Data Act implementation. Leona has particular expertise in supporting companies with the rollout of innovative solutions, ensuring compliance with the AI Act, GDPR, Data Act, and other emerging frameworks. Leona supports clients on ePrivacy and Adtech, online content issues and privacy by design.
Leona also has experience acting for multinationals in data protection related inquiries by the Irish Data Protection Commission. She also has extensive experience advising on commercial contracts and negotiating agreements to support clients’ business objectives.
