About Kevin
Kevin is an associate within the Corporate mergers and acquisitions team. He advises on a range of corporate mattes, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital, investments, fundraisings, shareholder agreements and corporate reorganisations.
To date, Kevin has accumulated experience across a range of corporate transactions, acting for buyers, sellers, investors and investee companies. He has worked on both domestic and international corporate transactions and works collaboratively with clients to deliver the right results in a commercially focused manner.
