Judith is of Counsel in our Employment & Benefits team.
Judith is a dual qualified employment lawyer in both Ireland and the UK. With over 20 years’ specialist experience in employment law, Judith provides advice to clients in a range of sectors on a broad range of employment law matters including discrimination, termination of employment and dismissals, protected disclosures, employee disputes, disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancy, restructuring and reorganisation, TUPE and general day to day employment law matters.
As a dual qualified lawyer, Judith can provide advice on employment matters in Ireland or the UK.
Judith has participated in employment law updates and training to clients and as part of panel discussions in employment law updates and events with Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development both in the UK and Ireland.
