About John
John is an associate in our Financial Services department, and a member of our Banking team. He provides expert guidance to financial institutions or borrowers on all aspects of banking and financial services law.
John has experience advising on multi-jurisdictional finance transactions and has regularly been instructed by foreign clients. In addition, he focusses on development finance and commercial real estate finance transactions. John has advised both domestic financial institutions and developers in financing the development of several large-scale residential development projects.
