About Gareth
Gareth is an associate within the Corporate team. He advises on a range of corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, equity capital markets, venture capital, investments, fundraisings, shareholder agreements and corporate reorganisations.
To date, Gareth has accumulated experience across a range of corporate transactions, acting for buyers, sellers, issuers, investors and investee companies. He has worked on both domestic and international corporate transactions and works collaboratively with clients to deliver the right results in a commercially focused manner.
