About Elizabeth

Elizabeth (Liz) is a Partner in the Employment Law & Benefits team. Liz is a diligent, client-focused employment lawyer who is known for her collaborative approach in working with clients to resolve employment disputes. Together with her extensive experience in dealing with non-contentious advisory matters for employers, Liz has managed complex litigation cases before employment law fora to include the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court and Civil Courts.

Liz’s practice includes a diverse range of clients in the public, private and charities sectors both domestically and internationally. Liz has built up a loyal client base and is known for range and depth of experience, practical advice and excellent client service. Liz has a particular interest in protected disclosures and specifically investigations into such disclosures, the enforcement of restrictive covenants and the deployment of AI in the workplace.

Having started her career in industrial relations and human resources, Liz has a unique perspective on the challenges to clients in dealing with complex employment law issues in the workplace.
