Chloe Wilkinson is an Associate in our market-leading Privacy & Data Security team. She advises prominent international and domestic technology companies on complex and evolving data protection matters.
Chloe routinely helps clients in navigating compliance across a suite of legislative frameworks including the GDPR, AI Act, product legislation, and cyber resilience. In doing so, Chloe supports these innovators with the rollout of product launches, ensuring they achieve their commercial goals whilst also not falling foul of the continuously evolving digital legal landscape.
Chloe also assists clients when responding to global law enforcement agencies, building appropriate governance frameworks both in respect of the GDPR and the AI Act, as well as advising on a raft of AdTech and other online content related queries.
In addition, Chloe has experience in acting for many multinationals in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Her contentious work includes high-profile cases with significant fines and global media coverage.
