  • Stokes V The Board of Management of CBS Clonmel: Successful judicial review of a decision of an Equality Officer. The Board of Management was held by the Supreme Court not to have discriminated in relation to its Admissions policy.
  • A Parent V The Board of Management of a Community School: Appeal of an Equal Status decision of the WRC to the Circuit Court which gives clarity to schools all over the country about the enrolment of children of separated parents.
