Acted for Kinzen, a content moderation tech company, on various fundraising rounds, and on the sale to Spotify AB.
Acted for LetsGetChecked, a global healthcare solutions company, on various fundraisings, including a $150 million Series D funding round led by Casdin Capital.
Acted for Surmodics Inc., a Nasdaq listed medtech company on the acquisition of Vetex Medical Limited.
Acted on the establishment of Cloudsphere through the merger of iQuate, a Dublin based global software leader in application mapping, and HyperGrid, a Silicon Valley based provider of cloud and management, and the simultaneous completion of a $15m funding led by Atlantic Bridge Capital.
