Adam is an Associate in our Intellectual Property team.
Adam advises on a broad range of intellectual property issues including patent infringement and revocation actions, trade mark protection, passing off, and copyright.
Adam has a speciality in pharmaceutical patents, having spent over 6 years working for Novartis Pharma AG in Switzerland on patent infringement, revocation, and opposition actions world-wide, as well as advising on IP clauses in commercial contracts, and second medical use issues.
In addition, Adam holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice from Oxford University.
