We value and support the health and wellbeing of our people all year-round. Our onsite fitness room, CSR programme, sports and social events and commitment to hybrid and flexible working are just some examples of this.
But at this time of year, wellness takes on even more prominence across the firm, as June is Working on Wellness (WOW) month at Mason Hayes & Curran.
We take a holistic approach, with a robust and varied programme of events and activities - all designed to empower our people with the tools and knowledge to cultivate wellbeing and resilience.
Throughout June we will be hearing from experts about protecting our mental health and emotional wellbeing, engaging in fun physical activities like trampolining and kayaking, and trying delicious and nutritious foods and drinks. We will be focusing on gratitude, creativity and on getting to know each other a little bit more. We'll be taking part in a 30 days of wellbeing challenge to help build sustainable habits. And we will also be sharing some top fitness, nutrition and wellbeing tips from across the firm.
To get things started, Robin French, our Billing Specialist and Obstacle Course Racing athlete, shares his best fitness, nutrition and mental wellbeing advice.
