In this year’s edition, Will shared his views on the economic forecast for Ireland, key legal developments and his outlook for the firm.
He commented: “The economic fundamentals in Ireland remain strong and we have the ingredients for continued economic growth, such as full employment, reducing inflation, budget surpluses and a growing population demographic.
Our sector focus allows us to align with those parts of the Irish and the global economy where we anticipate growth. Then we have to ensure that we have the conditions in place to attract the best legal talent and then retain, reward, and motivate them. Achieving that balance is our challenge.”
