We are delighted to be shortlisted in three categories in the Irish CX Awards for our Internship Recruitment Campaign, "Sustaining Your Future". The Irish CX Impact Awards honour organisations that excel in measuring and managing customer experience.
We are shortlisted in the following categories:
- CX Impact in Professional Services
- Best Innovation in CX
- Digital Impact in CX
The core challenge for this campaign was ensuring that our talent acquisition strategy, particularly through our Internship Programme, effectively reflects the diversity of our client base and that our application numbers increase year-on-year.
We recognised that increasing the diversity and inclusiveness of our internship candidates was vital to sustaining our business success and aligning with our firm’s commitment to representation and social justice.
The awards ceremony will take place in Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry on the 28 November. We wish all shortlisted applicants the best of luck.
