We are pleased to announce the appointment of Conor Lynch as partner in our Financial Services team.
Conor will be based in our London office, where he will play a crucial role in advising both domestic and international banks, as well as financial institutions, on a wide array of transactions.
This strategic appointment reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to enhancing our expertise and expanding our international reach.
Conor's practice will focus on banking and financial services law, with a particular focus on fund finance, project finance and leveraged finance transactions.
He brings more than a decade of finance and capital markets experience to the role, further enhancing our proficiency in these key areas.
