We are pleased to announce the expansion of our Corporate team, with the promotion of Angela Freeman to partner.
Angela brings a wealth of experience in the Technology and Life Sciences sectors. She has deep expertise in guiding clients through complex mergers and acquisitions.
Angela also helps companies secure venture capital and private equity fundraising to enhance their market position and accelerate growth.
She recently acted for Descartes Systems Group Inc. on its acquisition of Aerospace Software Developments Limited and Thyme-IT UK Limited. Angela also advised The Head Plan on its investment by Peter Jones CBE from the Dragon’s Den.

Angela joined the firm in 2015. She is a graduate of University College Dublin and a member of the Law Societies of Ireland, England and Wales.
