New Corporate Governance Partner, Emer Shelly
We are delighted to further strengthen the depth and breadth of expertise in our Corporate Governance team with the promotion of Emer Shelly to partner. She brings more than 12 years of experience to the role.
Emer is a skilled corporate lawyer with extensive experience in advising domestic and international clients on corporate transactions, and company law. Emer specialises in advising on and implementing complex domestic and multi-jurisdictional corporate reorganisation projects and in providing corporate governance advice. She has particular expertise in helping clients to navigate the evolving legal and regulatory landscape relating to ESG and corporate sustainability.

Emer is a graduate of University College Cork and a member of the Law Society of Ireland.
