We are delighted to launch the fourth year of our All's Fair? In-House Counsel & Gender Parity Survey. In the survey, we ask in-house counsel to share their views with us on the gender pay gap and other gender-related issues in the workplace. Previous years have shown in-house lawyers trying to balance work with their home life, whilst also dealing with the unprecedented challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.
