At MHC, despite having yearlong activities focusing on wellbeing, we are proud to dedicate the month of June to working on wellness. The focus is to support the physical and mental health and overall wellbeing of our employees.

We take a holistic approach and this year, we ran a varied programme of activities including:​

  • Fitness workshops,

  • Nutrition and dietary advice,

  • Health screening,

  • Art projects,

  • Musical Bingo

  • Financial management,

  • Mental wellbeing talks, and

  • Wellness Challenges.

To help us do this, we focus on the 5 ways to wellbeing:

  • Give.
