Irish CX Awards Winners

We are very pleased to announce that we have been named 'CX Champion 2024' and have won the 'CX Impact in Professional Services' category at the Irish CX Impact Awards.

The Irish CX Impact Awards honour organisations that excel in measuring and managing customer experience.

These accolades were based on our internship recruitment campaign, "Sustaining Your Future".

We won in the 'CX Impact in Professional Services' category and were honoured with the overall 'CX Champion 2024' award.

The core challenge for this campaign was ensuring that our talent acquisition strategy, particularly through our Internship Programme, effectively reflects the diversity of our client base and that our application numbers increase year-on-year.

We recognised that increasing the diversity and inclusiveness of our internship candidates was vital to sustaining our business success and aligning with our firm’s commitment to representation and social justice.
