Advising WaterWipes on investment by 3i

We are pleased to advise WaterWipes UC, a Drogheda-based global leader in baby wipes, on an investment by private equity firm, 3i.

The investment aims to accelerate the growth of the WaterWipes® brand and support its expansion into key international markets, including Europe, Latin America, and Asia, further bolstering its position in the €12 billion personal care wet wipes market.

The transaction team was led by Martin Kelleher, Head of Corporate and included Partners David O'Donnell, Nicholas Metcalfe, Angela Freeman, Áine Quiglely, Cathy Grant and Alan Burns. They were supported by Associates Sara Twomey, Gareth Black and Daire Russell.
