Advising Midland Community Radio on Media Acquisition

We were pleased to advise Midland Community Radio Services Limited (Midlands 103) on its acquisition of S.E.R.B. Radio Limited, the operator of South East Radio.

Midlands 103 is part of the Tindle Group, which owns and operates a portfolio of local media outlets across the UK and Channel Islands.

The agreement to acquire South East Radio was reached in March 2025 and is subject to regulatory approvals.
