We are pleased to have advised Allied Irish Banks on its financing of the construction and forward sale by Quintain Ireland of 392 apartments at The Crossings in Adamstown to the Land Development Agency (LDA). The apartments are due to be delivered in 2026. This is the largest single transaction of the LDA’s Project Tosaigh initiative.
