In this webinar we looked at the Protected Disclosures (Amendment) Act 2022, which will significantly increase the responsibility of employers to investigate disclosures of white-collar crime. We also looked at enhanced obligations on employers under the Act and guide employers through often complex investigations into disclosures of white-collar crime.
