Webinar: HR in the New Normal

We hosted a webinar on Wednesday 16 September at 11am looking at HR in the New Normal. The COVID-19 pandemic has placed Human Resources front and centre in organisations, with HR teams providing essential support to organisations adapting to a new way of operating. At this interactive webinar, we looked at the key areas for HR practitioners to focus on as workplaces re-open, such as working from home, managing annual leave, restructuring, redundancies, changing of T&Cs as well as specific COVID-19 related measures such as the TWSS.
