Webinar: Financial Services Spring Briefing

We hosted our Financial Services Spring Briefing on Thursday 25 March. Our keynote speaker, Seamus Coffey, former Chair of the Irish Fiscal Advisory Council and Lecturer of Economics in UCC, gave his views on the economic outlook for 2021.

During this session our speakers discussed:

• insights on the state of the economy and the impact of COVID-19, as well as its likely performance in 2021
• an overview, post Brexit, of how the UK has on-shored the EU’s key capital markets legislation and the practical implication for market participants
• inew sustainability disclosure requirements for financial institutions mandated by the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation
