CPD on Demand: NIS2 is Here - What You Need to Know
One Hour Watch | 1 CPD Point
Monday 2nd December 2024
We hosted our webinar on the NIS2 Directive in October.
The NIS2 Directive aims to address the growing threats to network and information systems by strengthening the legal framework for cybersecurity in the EU.
The deadline for its EU implementation is 17 October. Like other EU laws such as GDPR and DSA, Ireland will play an important role in terms of supervision and enforcement, in particular for digital services.
At this webinar, our panellists provide a comprehensive analysis of the NIS2 Directive, focusing on its legal implications for businesses and organisations operating within the EU. Our speakers cover the scope of the directive, new compliance obligations, reporting requirements, and the potential penalties for non-compliance. Gain practical insights into how to navigate the evolving regulatory landscape and ensure your organisation meets the cybersecurity standards set by NIS2.
