We are delighted to invite you to our Mixed Tenure Procurement: Local Authority Challenges seminar. The event will take place on Thursday 13 February in our offices on Barrow Street, Dublin 4, from 11.00am - 1.30pm and we will explore the challenges and opportunities in housing delivery.

This panel explores how these projects can be structured, focusing on key risks and considerations in development agreements between local authorities and developers. Perspectives from both sides will highlight market trends, challenges, and successful strategies.

This panel explores challenges in transferring property to developers for affordable housing and examines the roles, constraints, and perspectives of both parties. It will touch on subsidy agreements and their role when land is developer-owned. We will also discuss some key tax issues to be considered in delivering these developments.
