We hosted Reap the Rewards: The Business and Legal Case for Retaining and Recruiting Over 50s, an exclusive event in partnership with age diversity experts, 55/Redefined on 23 January.

Our speakers delved into practices, policies, and perceptions shaping age diversity and inclusion in Irish workplaces with a particular focus on those over 50. An ageing population, increased individual longevity, and economic pressures underscore the value of recruiting and retaining experienced, older employees. They considered the benefits of recruiting and retaining older and experienced employees. We also explored the benefits of having a multigenerational workforce and provide actionable insights for fostering inclusive talent strategies.
