We held our Digital Services Act: Key Learnings & Predictions seminar, on Thursday 9 November.
At this seminar our panel of experts reviewed the EU's Digital Services Act (DSA), one year after it entered into force. They examined the significant lessons learnt and prospects for the upcoming year. The topics under discussion included:
- Insights gained from the DSA's first year, including lessons from the experience of very large online platforms.
- An overview of Ireland's Digital Services Coordinator's role and what organisations should anticipate in terms of supervision and enforcement.
- The relationship between the DSA and GDPR, highlighting valuable lessons that can be drawn from the GDPR regime.
