Natalie McGuinness
Natalie joined as Director of Marketing and Business Development in 2010. She is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy here with a particular focus on client management.
Prior to joining us, Natalie worked as Alumni Relations Director in UCD School of Business and also worked in Vodafone for almost 10 years in a number of marketing roles in Ireland, UK and Asia. Natalie is an MBA graduate from UCD Smurfit School and member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and MBA Association of Ireland.

Des Murray
Des joined as Director of Finance here in 2006. Des has worked for over 20 years in the legal sector and holds a wide range of financial experience. Des has brought his experience to bear, ensuring the effectiveness of our comprehensive financial controls and systems in providing a secure, efficient financial client management and support service to the firm.

Niall O’Dowd
Niall has over 30 years of technical and management experience in the IT industry across various platforms and systems. He has successfully managed numerous software projects, infrastructure implementations and various upgrades across the enterprise environment. The firm has seen huge growth over the last 15 years and his role has been to oversee the IT team and manage this large scale IT expansion keeping pace with leading industry standards and trends.

Helen Dempsey
Helen joined us as Bid Manager in 2016 and was appointed as Director of Bids in 2023. She has worked within the legal sector for 20 years, having held bid roles in another top six law firm and a global law firm. Helen oversees all bids pursued by the firm and actively engages with the partners in developing meaningful tenders and proposals from the decision to bid through to submission.

Sinéad Counihan
Sinéad is our Director of Knowledge.
Sinéad leads our knowledge team and supports the real estate department as a real estate knowledge lawyer. She and is responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s knowledge management strategy, delivering legal training and enhancing business processes and efficiencies.
Before joining the firm in 2015, Sinéad gained 10 years’ experience working worked for over 10 years as a real estate lawyer. She is a qualified lawyer and holds a law degree from UCD.

Gemma Allen
Gemma joined as Director North America Market and Strategy in 2024 based in New York. She is responsible for developing and implementing North American business strategy with a particular focus on client and market development.
