We are pleased to publish our 2022 Gender Pay Gap Report.
At MHC, our decisions will always focus on what is right for our clients and the long-term sustainability of our firm. Having more females in senior roles, and more men in junior roles, is right for our clients and for the long-term sustainability of the firm. It brings diversity of thinking, perspective and approach to those roles. It also reflects the welcome changes in society, in business, and in traditional gender roles. Many of the actions we outline in our report have been put in place already to ensure we are supporting women as they progress their careers and manage their lives in tandem.
